These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and hbajer ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hbajer website located at hbajer.pro, including all betting markets, casino games, promotions, payment services, and any other features accessible through the platform.

hbajer operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and fishing games to eligible adult members in Bangladesh. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on hbajer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. hbajer reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbajer account credentials, including your username and password. hbajer will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account, even temporarily.
• You must notify hbajer support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• hbajer is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• hbajer reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending member verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on hbajer are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbajer does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Approved payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. hbajer reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may not be claimed more than once per person, household, IP address, or device.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined total of the bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• hbajer reserves the right to cancel any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where it reasonably suspects the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity.

• hbajer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, hbajer's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final and binding.

5. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on hbajer are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and settlement procedures may vary and are published in the relevant section of the sportsbook. In all cases, hbajer's rulings on bet settlement are final.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the member.
• hbajer reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• Where hbajer identifies a manifest pricing error, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. hbajer is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Live in-play bets are processed in real time and may be subject to delays. hbajer is not liable for bets placed on events that have already concluded due to data feed latency.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• hbajer reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any member whose betting patterns suggest irregular or professional syndicate betting activity.

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Exploiting system errors, pricing glitches, software bugs, or promotional loopholes in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate play.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity through hbajer's payment infrastructure.
• Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward hbajer support staff or other members.
• Accessing hbajer through a VPN or proxy with the intent of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
